Natasha Czopor had a vision for a business that would create beautiful,
natural, healthy and delicious food for the world. Training as a Raw chef,
in 2007 Natasha set up her own Raw and Living food company from her
kitchen, making healthy snack alternatives based on naturally grown wild
or organically and sustainably raised fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and
sprouted grains. Natasha’s Living Food is now an award winning business
with five full and part-time staff in the factory, which is based in Dublin.
Our Product Range
Our product range is a tasty, healthier alternative to standard snack food.
Most importantly our products are bursting with flavour, containing many
different textures and tastes and our fresh food is full of nutrition. We
believe our products are innovative and that customers prefer to choose
natural, healthier snacks everytime.
Natasha’s Snack Rangeis FREE FROM Wheat, Dairy, Egg, Soya, and Refined
Sugar. We are passionate about what we do and take great time, care and
attention to create our handmade products with the finest quality ingredients.
Our approach is to use cold-pressed, hand pressed, low temperature extraction
and gentle fermentation techniques that keep fresh flavours and vital vitamins,
minerals and anti-oxidants intact and ready to nourish your body, mind and soul.
All our food is also Low GI, suitable for Coeliacs and Diabetic suffers. Our ‘Raw
Foods’ use ingredients sourced as locally as possible, or through fair trade
producers worldwide that use traditional sustainable methods where possible.
